Dear Ms. Diaz,
Thank you very much for the tour you guided us on, prior to the SAIC Parent and Family Council meeting on October 17. My wife Lisa and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
You were an excellent tour guide – your deep knowledge was obvious, and also your enthusiasm for the art works and the artists. It was extremely interesting. I took some notes so that I could do research on these artists, for example Joan Mitchell and Grant Wood. I really love the Joan Mitchell art that we saw, and of course the American Gothic from Grant Wood. I was really interested in some of the Grant Wood information because Eldon, Iowa is located in the same general area where my father was from – in fact, only about 40 miles from my father’s hometown.
You are a wonderful museum tour guide, and Lisa and I appreciated your tour very much.
